About work
As the Lead Designer, I am shaping the design vision for a next-generation banking platform that empowers businesses of all sizes—from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. This platform delivers essential financial tools, real-time analytics, and intuitive workflows to help companies manage their finances seamlessly. I lead a team of eight designers, ensuring we create seamless experiences across dashboards, account visibility, statements & documents, and more. My role is to guide and support the team, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and advocating for user-centered design. I work closely with research, product, technology, and accessibility partners to build solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and inclusive. In addition to leading product design, I am also part of the initiative to establish core components and UX patterns for the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform. By focusing on client needs and industry best practices, I help shape a modern, intelligent, and future-ready banking experience—delivered by the largest financial institution in the world.
